.By the decision of the Council of the Institute of Professional Representatives at the European Patent Office, Mr. Vuk Lutovac was elected as a member of the Disciplinary Committee, as a representative of Montenegro. It is the first instance judicial body for the evaluation of possible disciplinary lapses of registered representatives and was instituted by the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organizations on October 21, 1977, under the heading “Regulation on discipline for professional representatives”. The Chambers of the Disciplinary Committee decides on alleged breach of the Rules of Professional Conduct which may be brought to its notice in writing.
