By the decision of the president of EPI (The Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office), and on the proposal of the president of EPO, Vuk Lutovac was appointed on April 22nd, 2024 as the representative of Montenegro in Council EPI. Currently the Institute has about 14,000 European Patent Attorneys as members coming from each of the 39 Contracting States of the European Patent Convention who work either in industry or in private practice. The Council is the governing body of EPI.
